Treasury Castle has no significant bodies of water, but a number of fountains and aquariums stocked with a wide variety of tropical fishes. Being a private residence, it can be difficult to gain access to, and there are no merchants.
While here, be sure to look for the entrance to the Cloud Castle, another excellent fishing spot.
