Arrow Spell

Syntax: cast arrow [on target]

This spell allows the caster to shoot magical arrows. It seems slightly better than missile, though I do not have a lot of experience with it. It costs 15 mp to cast.

If no target is specified, the caster's current opponent in combat is used as the target. If the caster is not currently in combat, then the spell has no effect, unless a target is given, in which case the caster will also initiate combat with the target.

This spell is available to mages with a Magic Attack skill of two. The maximum proficiency in the arrow spell is five times one less than the level of the mage's Magic Attack skill.
